Pacific International Insurance is a proud member and participant of the Insurance and Financial Services Ombudsman Scheme (IFSO). The Scheme is a free and independent authority for all customers with a complaint about financial service providers. Pacific International Insurance is one of the many companies in New Zealand which participates in this scheme.
Here at Pacific International Insurance and with all the insurance brands we have, we have a formal complaints resolution process. We are committed to treating all our customers fairly and doing everything we can to resolve their complaint. If any customer remains dissatisfied with the outcome following Pacific International Insurance’s independent review or any of the brands that we administer (and if it is within the jurisdiction of the IFSO), then Pacific International Insurance will issue a Letter of Deadlock so that you can refer your complaint to the IFSO.
